AbstractSpatial Modelling of tuberculosis in possumsGlenn Fulfordgrf@ma.adfa.edu.au ADFA, Australia
A spatial model for the dynamics of tuberculosis in possums is presented. which features features spread by migration of maturing juveniles from different habitat patches. Computations are done for a grid of patches with migration links corresponding to nearest neighbour and next nearest neighbour representations. This allows consideration of the effect of subdividing a single habitat patch and thus provides some insight to the utility of homogeneous models. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
